When working with Mwata, you can expect two types of pricing: one-time payments and subscriptions.

One-time payments apply to services such as development, consulting, and capacity building. For example, projects like website design and development, custom software builds, on-site or remote team training, and consultations are typically billed once.

Subscription fees, on the other hand, apply to products and services that run on our cloud platform and are continuously maintained by us. This includes hosting your website or using our enterprise management tools on the Mwata Dashboard.

In short, any service that we actively manage and host on our platform will attract a subscription fee — ensuring your systems stay secure, updated, and always online.
Getting your website up and running — and making an impact online — is as easy as A-B-C with our team. You only need three things: a domain, a website, and hosting.

1. Domain:
Your domain (often called a “link”) is your website’s address — how people find you online. Examples include mwata.co.zm, mwata.com, or mwata.org.
We’ll help you purchase and manage your domain, but ownership always remains yours. Domains are renewed annually.

2. Website:
This is the actual platform visitors see and interact with. Our designers and engineers work closely with you to create a site that truly represents your brand or company. The design and development phase is a one-time payment.

3. Hosting:
Hosting makes your website accessible to the world. We launch your site on our secure global content delivery network with a guaranteed 99.99% uptime. Hosting is billed as a monthly or yearly subscription, depending on your preference.
Working with Mwata is simple and collaborative. Our process has five stages:

1. Discovery: We get to know your goals, challenges, and vision to define the project scope and objectives.

2. Proposal: We present tailored solutions, timelines, and costs — your roadmap from zero to hero.

3. Development: Once approved and the deposit is made, our team builds your solution, keeping you updated at every milestone.

4. Launch: We test, refine, and deploy your project to ensure it performs as intended.

5. Maintenance & Support: We host, run, and maintain your software on our secure platform, providing ongoing updates and support.
